Agreement to Terms

By accessing our websites or purchasing any Lyrai offering, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you enter into a statement of work, master services agreement, or similar contract with us, that document will control where it conflicts with these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and data on Lyrai platforms are owned by Lyrai LLC or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

User Content

If you submit content to us (for example, training data or prompts inside Titian AI), you grant Lyrai LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use that content solely to provide and improve our services. You must have the rights needed to upload the content and are responsible for ensuring it is lawful.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use our platforms in violation of applicable law or export regulations
Interfere with or disrupt our infrastructure
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system
Use Titian AI to generate prohibited content such as hate speech, harassment, or other abusive material

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Software Development Services

Custom projects are delivered under separate written agreements that define scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, fees, and IP ownership. Unless those agreements state otherwise, clients receive ownership of custom work after final payment while Lyrai retains pre-existing tools, methods, and know-how.

Titian AI & Managed Products

Titian AI subscriptions, credit packs, and any future managed offerings are billed through Stripe using the prices displayed at purchase time. Taxes, withholding, or cross-border fees are your responsibility.

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable once access or credits have been granted unless stated in a separate contract or required by law. Please review the Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed steps to request a review, cancel subscriptions, or manage disputes. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not generate a prorated refund.

Promotions

Coupons, trials, or promotional credits have the expiration date and usage limits published with the promotion. We may revoke a promotion if we detect fraud, resale, or policy violations.

Legal & Export Restrictions

You may not use Lyrai services if you reside in an embargoed country, appear on government sanctions lists, or intend to use the service for unlawful or regulated activities (including weapons development, human trafficking, or other prohibited content). You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lyrai LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability under these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
