Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs all paid offerings provided by Lyrai LLC (dba Lyrai), including the Titian AI platform hosted at titian.app. By purchasing credits, subscriptions, or services from us, you agree to the terms below.

Scope of Products

  • Titian AI subscriptions: Monthly or yearly plans that auto-renew until cancelled.
  • Titian AI pay-as-you-go credits: One-time credit packs with a stated validity period.
  • Custom services: Any fixed-bid or retainer engagement agreed to in writing with Lyrai LLC.

Refunds

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, so refunds are not automatically provided. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@lyrai.app or support@titian.app within 14 days of the transaction and include:

  1. The email tied to your Titian or Lyrai account
  2. The Stripe receipt ID or last four digits of the card used
  3. A brief description of the issue

We will investigate and determine whether a partial or full refund is appropriate. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us before opening a bank dispute—we can usually resolve issues faster. If a chargeback is filed without contacting us, we may suspend access to Titian AI or other services until the dispute is settled.

Cancellations

  • Subscriptions: You can cancel anytime from the Billing Management section inside Titian AI. The plan remains active until the end of the paid billing period and will not renew unless reactivated.
  • Credit packs: Credits purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis remain valid until the published expiration date and are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Custom engagements: Cancellation terms follow the applicable statement of work or master services agreement.

Returns

Lyrai LLC currently sells digital services only, so no physical returns are required. If we ship any hardware in the future, those items will include a dedicated return merchandise authorization (RMA) process.

Promotions & Coupons

Promotional codes, bonus credits, or trial access:

  • Are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Expire on the date communicated in the promotion
  • May be revoked if we detect abuse, resale, or policy violations

You may not use Titian AI or any Lyrai service if you are located in a region subject to U.S. embargoes, are on government sanctions lists, or intend to use the service for prohibited content (including but not limited to illicit, violent, or discriminatory activities). We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these limitations.
